Paid in Stripe: a thank-you by email

When a checkout payment goes through in your Stripe account, the customer gets a thank-you in their latest email conversation with you, the tag paid and the Customer stage. It runs for customers who wrote to you by email with the same address as in Stripe.

    Invoice paid in Stripe: a thank-you by email

    Each time an invoice is paid in your Stripe account, renewals included, the customer gets a thank-you in their latest email conversation with you. Only for customers who emailed you from their Stripe address. A Checkout payment can also start the checkout thank-you, so turn on only one of the two.

  • Rule

    Refund in Stripe: tag the contact, send nothing

    When you refund a payment in your Stripe account, the contact gets the tag refunded. No message goes out. It runs for customers who emailed you from their Stripe address and paid through Stripe in the last 90 days, since a refund only names the Stripe customer.
