Anyone with a VivaDialog login can join the affiliate program. You share your link, and you earn commission on what the people who buy through it pay.
Join
- Open Affiliate in the menu.
- Enter your Payout email. It can differ from your login email.
- Tick that you accept the affiliate terms, and click Join the affiliate program.
Your personal code is created as soon as you join. You can’t change it yourself.
Your link and code
Copy your link under Your link. Buyers who open it and buy a monthly plan with your code get 20% off.
Commission counts only for buyers who clicked your link. A code typed in without a click gives the buyer the discount, but no commission. When several affiliates’ links were clicked, the last click counts.
Commission
You earn 30% of what the buyer pays for their plan, after the discount, every billing period for as long as they pay. There is no commission on:
- a purchase made with another promo code
- buying through your own link
- a purchase without a click on your link
A commission can be held for a manual check, for example when the buyer and the affiliate use the same device. The Balance section tells you when that happens.
When you get paid
Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, then it becomes payable. You can request a payout once $50 is payable: click Request payout. Payouts are sent by hand to your payout email, and the Payouts list shows when one is paid.
Refunds
- If the buyer gets a full refund or a chargeback, the commission is cancelled. If it was already paid out, the amount comes off your next payout.
- After a partial refund, the commission goes down by the same share.
The Commission list shows each payment, its status, and any refund that was deducted.
Terms
The affiliate terms are linked from the Affiliate page. Breaking them cancels the commission and closes the affiliate account. Questions: [email protected].
