Analytics shows how posts scheduled in VivaDialog did after they went out: likes, comments, shares, and reach, per post and per day.
Not available yet: automatic posting is still waiting for Meta’s approval (App Review), so nothing can be scheduled from VivaDialog for now, and Analytics stays empty. Posts you publish directly on Facebook, Instagram, or Threads are not tracked.
What the page shows
- Pick Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days. Days are counted in UTC.
- Your posts lists each post with its likes, comments, shares, and reach. Sort by Newest or Most engagement, and open History for one post’s daily counts.
- Posts published per day shows the daily totals, as a chart or a table, and By account splits them per connected account.
Counts are read from the Facebook, Instagram, and Threads APIs once a day, for posts up to 30 days old, so the first numbers appear within a day of publishing. Threads does not report reach, so it shows n/a.

There are two downloads, both for the date range you picked:
- under Your posts: one row per post with the date, platform, account, post text, likes, comments, shares, and reach;
- under the daily chart: one row per day with posts published, likes, comments, and shares.
The files hold the same numbers the page shows. They open in Excel and Google Sheets, including text in other alphabets.
