    DM away message

    Every new DM gets a short note that you will reply soon, so nobody feels ignored.

    Away message outside opening hours

    A DM that comes in outside your opening hours gets a note saying when you are open. During opening hours nothing is sent, so your team answers. Check the days, the hours and the time zone before saving.

    Auto-reply only if nobody answers in 15 minutes

    A new DM waits 15 minutes. If someone on your team answers first, nothing is sent. If not, the customer gets a note that you will reply soon.
