Change your password

1. Open Settings, go to Users and security, and find Password.
2. Type your Current password and your New password (at least 8 characters).
3. Click Change password.

You stay logged in on the browser you are using. Changing the password also:

• logs out your other devices
• disconnects the AI apps you approved. See connect an AI app to VivaDialog.

If you don’t know your current password, log out and use Forgot password? on the login page.

Forgot your password

1. On the login page, click Forgot password?.
2. Enter the email of your VivaDialog account and click Send link.
3. Open the email “Reset your VivaDialog password” and click Choose a new password.
4. Type your New password and click Save new password, then log in.

The link works once, for 30 minutes. A newer link replaces an older one. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam folder. If the link no longer works, click Send a new link on the page it opens.

After a reset, every device is logged out, including the one you used, and the AI apps you approved are disconnected. If two-step login is on, it stays on, and you still need your code to log in.

The email afterwards

After a change or a reset, VivaDialog sends an email to your account’s address. If you didn’t change the password, reset it right away and contact [email protected].
