Images and videos you upload to VivaDialog, for example for scheduled posts, count toward your workspace’s storage.
How much storage you have

Storage packs add more: $5 for 10 GB, $10 for 25 GB, $15 for 50 GB, and $20 for 100 GB. Each pack is a one-time purchase, available once online checkout opens. Packs add up when you buy more than one, last as long as the workspace exists, and stay when you move to a lower plan.
File size limits
- Images (JPEG, PNG): up to 8 MB each.
- Videos (MP4, MOV): up to 100 MB each.
A channel can have lower limits of its own, which are checked when you attach the file to a post.
The storage meter
The dashboard shows how much storage the workspace uses out of its total, split into the plan’s storage and packs. Everyone in the workspace can see it. Owners and admins also see how much each team member uploaded. Only the workspace owner can buy packs, in Billing.
When storage is full
New uploads are refused, with a message that says so, until you delete files or add a pack. VivaDialog never deletes files to make room.
Unused files
A file stays while a post uses it, whatever the post’s status, including posts already published. A file that no post has used for 90 days is deleted. We email a warning 7 days before.
Deleting a file
When you delete a file in the dashboard, it stops counting toward your storage right away, and the file itself is removed from storage within minutes.
