ReplyRush
ReplyRush has a Free plan and three paid plans from $10 to $100 a month, with no yearly price on its page. Its DM limits are high for the price: 7,500 a month on Lite and 400,000 on MAX. Comment Auto Reply and Follow Up start at Lite. ReplyRush also has iOS and Android apps. Its pricing page lists AI Generated Triggers but does not mention AI replies to customers, a team inbox, or channels besides Instagram and Facebook.

LinkDM
LinkDM has a Free plan, Pro at $19 a month ($182 a year), and Platinum+ at $99 a month ($832 a year). Comment Auto-Reply, Reminder DMs, IG Live Auto-Reply, Inbox Automation, and Flow Automation start at Pro, and Facebook Auto-Reply is on every plan. Pro allows 25,000 DMs a month on the monthly tab; the yearly tab writes the same limit as "per account / per month", so check with LinkDM which applies. The API is on Enterprise only.

InstantDM
InstantDM lists six plans: Free, three single-account plans, and two Multi plans. Legend Pro costs $12 a month ($9.99 billed yearly) for unlimited DMs, up to 800 an hour, and the Multi plans start at $5 per account a month. AI comment replies are on the Free plan. From Trendsetter ($29.99 a month, $24.99 billed yearly), the Flow Editor has an AI agent that runs on your own model key, plus API, webhooks, and MCP. Live comment automation starts at Legend Pro, and follow-ups and DM sequences are listed too. Each single-account plan covers 1 Instagram account.

CreatorFlow
CreatorFlow has a Free plan, Pro at $15 a month ($12 billed yearly), and Growth at $30 a month ($24 billed yearly), with 5 team seats on Growth. It covers comment-to-DM, story replies, keyword triggers, an email gate, a follow gate, link click tracking, and CSV export. When the DM limit runs short, you can buy a one-time top-up pack. Its pricing page does not mention AI replies, an API, or channels besides Instagram.

- you answer comments and DMs on Facebook, Threads, email, or your own website as well as Instagram, and want them in one Unified inbox,
- several people on your team reply from the same inbox,
- you want AI replies to customers from Starter ($9 a month) without setting up your own AI key,
- you want the Public API, webhooks, and MCP from Starter.
Another tool fits better if
- you want a free plan to start with: all four have one, and VivaDialog has only a trial, which opens after early access,
- you send a high volume of automated DMs from Instagram: ReplyRush MAX allows 400,000 a month, LinkDM Platinum+ 300,000, and InstantDM Legend Pro has no monthly cap (up to 800 an hour),

Do these tools charge per contact?
On the pricing pages we checked on 28 Oct 2026, each one sells plans with a monthly price and a DM limit. InstantDM's Multi plans are priced per Instagram account. VivaDialog charges a flat price per workspace that does not change with your Contacts.
Which of them reply to customers with AI?
VivaDialog includes AI replies in every plan, with a monthly quota, and you do not need your own AI key. InstantDM lists AI comment replies on its Free plan, and from Trendsetter an AI agent in its Flow Editor that runs on your own model key. The pricing pages of ReplyRush, LinkDM, and CreatorFlow do not mention AI replies to customers; ReplyRush lists AI Generated Triggers.
Why are VivaDialog's limits lower?
VivaDialog counts conversations, not DMs: one thread counts once a month, however many automated replies it gets, and replies your team writes are never counted. Even so, if your main need is a large number of comment-to-DM messages on Instagram, the four tools above allow more per plan.
