If you connected Google Sheets on or before 23 October 2026, connect it once more. VivaDialog changed how Google Sheets signs in to Google, and connections made before that no longer work.
What you see
The Google Sheets card in Settings says “Google no longer accepts this connection. Connect again to keep writing rows.” New rows are not written until you connect again, and the card shows how many rows were not written.
How to fix it
- Open Settings and find the Google Sheets card.
- Click Connect again.
- Sign in with the same Google account, make sure the box for Google Drive file access is ticked, and click Continue.
New rows are written again from then on. Rows that failed while the connection was down are not written later.
A spreadsheet you created before connecting again may no longer accept new rows. If that happens, create a new spreadsheet from the Google Sheets card and pick it in your automations.
YouTube and Google Sheets are separate
YouTube and Google Sheets use separate Google permissions, so disconnecting one does not affect the other.
