You can download your data and delete it yourself from Settings, in the Your data card.
Download a copy
- Download workspace data (JSON): the workspace’s members, connected accounts, DMs, comments, contacts, tags, notes, rules, and posts. Only the workspace owner sees this button.
- Download my account data (JSON): your name and email, the workspaces you belong to and your role in each, and your affiliate record if you have one. Every user can download it.
Login tokens and API keys, including your own AI key, are never in either file.
Delete a workspace
Only the owner can delete a workspace. It removes the workspace with its connected accounts and every DM, comment, contact, rule, and post stored in it, and your team members lose access. To confirm, you type the workspace name and your password. This cannot be undone.
Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your login and takes you out of the workspaces you were invited to. Workspaces you own are deleted with it; the confirmation lists them first. To confirm, you type your email and your password. This cannot be undone.
What is kept
- Payment records. Until 2 November 2026, a workspace or account with payment or affiliate records cannot be deleted from Settings: email [email protected] and we delete the rest. From 3 November 2026, you can delete it yourself, and payment records are kept for 10 years for tax obligations, separate from your account and no longer linked to it.
- Database backups taken before updates may still contain deleted data until those backups are deleted.
If you are an affiliate, from 3 November 2026 a payable balance of $50 or more is still paid to your payout email when you delete your account. A smaller balance, and commission still in its 30-day hold, is forfeited, and your codes stop working.
When a plan ends instead
You do not have to delete anything when you stop paying. A workspace whose trial or plan has ended turns read-only, and its data is deleted 30 days later. See the free trial and read-only mode.
Removing VivaDialog from Facebook or Threads
If you remove VivaDialog in your Facebook or Threads settings, we delete the accounts you connected and the data stored from them, and give you a confirmation code to check the status. Instructions: app.vivadialog.com/data-deletion.
