VivaDialog charges a flat price per workspace. The price does not change with the number of contacts or followers you have. Each plan includes AI replies, so there are no credits to buy, and each plan has monthly quotas for conversations, AI replies, and rules.

What happens when a quota runs out
The bill stays the same. What stops depends on the quota:
- Conversations: replies to new conversations stop until the next month. Conversations you already replied to that month, the inbox, and incoming messages keep working. See what counts as a conversation.
- AI replies: AI replies stop until the next month. Rules with fixed text and manual replies keep working. See AI replies and your quota.
Quotas reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
How you pay
Plans are prepaid for one month or one year and do not renew automatically. When a paid period ends, the workspace turns read-only until you pay for a new one. Your data is kept for 30 days after access ends. See the free trial and read-only mode.
Right now
VivaDialog is in a closed beta with 15 seats. Beta participants get Gold free for 30 days. The 14-day free trial opens after the beta. Apply for the beta.
